The Harrison Recreation Commission is pleased to offer its annual Fourth of July Celebration on Thursday July 4, 2013 at the Harrison Community Center, 300 George Street.  We have listened to your feed back and we are changing the time of the parade to the morning. Click here for a parade application.

The Parade time will line up at 9:00 AM and kick off at 10:00 AM. Please decorate your float. We will have a Mayor's Choice, Grand Marshall and Harrison Recreation for the best floats.

After the Parade, please join us at the Community Center from 7:00-11:00 p.m. for great family entertainment!

Food, soda, water and beer will be available for sale from a variety of vendors.  Lovey the Clown and her crew will be there entertain children of all ages.

Check out the host of FREE games available for kids to enjoy!

The band GenX will be playing great music from 7:00 PM until the beginning of the fireworks.

When the day is done, sit back, relax and enjoy one of the best fireworks displays in the area.  The show will begin at dusk and last about 30 minutes. Be sure to bring blankets and chairs (Please NO COOLERS!)
